Our commitment: HYPER AI asks questions, organises information and drafts; it does not provide legal advice. Every assessment, offer or invoice you receive has been reviewed and approved by a lawyer. There is no solely automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
You decide whether HYPER AI may help prepare your matter. An equivalent route without AI remains available through the same firm.
The contact form does not use AI. Before any later AI use, you receive specific information about providers, data, purposes, risks and withdrawal, and make a separate decision.
Lawyer confidentiality under section 43a(2) BRAO and section 203 of the German Criminal Code remains unchanged. A named lawyer is always responsible.
The process
From your first click to recommended next steps — without travelling, paperwork or repeated calls.
Start directly in the client portal ↗A lawyer first checks the parties involved for conflicts of interest. Only after clearance do you describe the facts and upload documents. With your consent, HYPER AI can support intake.
After conflict checks, you receive an offer stating the scope of work and fees. Before entering an online engagement, consumers receive information on their right of withdrawal.
HYPER AI drafts an assessment and your lawyer reviews and corrects it. If needed, you can speak to your lawyer by video using HYPER Meet.
Your approved assessment, recommendations and next steps are available in your client folder. Letters to the opposing party are sent by the firm.
